Micro Botanica DHM Hangover Support- 400mg Capsules

Directions for Use: 

Before drinking: Take 1-2 DHM capsules 30-60 minutes before drinking to help reduce acetaldehyde buildup and hangover effects.

During drinking: Take another dose if drinking for an extended period.

After drinking: Take a dose before bed to help reduce hangover symptoms. Optional: take another capsule in the morning to help clear any lingering effects.

Does it work?

DHM works by reducing acetaldehyde buildup (supporting alcohol metabolism), modulating GABA receptors and protecting the liver with its powerful anti-oxidative properties. It can make a significant improvement on the side effects of drinking; reducing nausea, liver damage, as well as that unholy brain fog and grogginess. However, it’s not a magic pill. You need to be properly hydrated, get as much sleep as you can and get a balanced meal (preaching to the choir we’re sure but still got to put it out there).
