SHIPPING/REFUNDS

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. If your payment arrives and is processed before 13:00 CET Mon-Fri, we aim for it to be shipped that day.

We currently ship from three countries – the Netherlands, Germany and The Czech Republic.

All orders of 1D-LSD and Kratom placed with a German shipping address, will be shipped domestically (from our German office) via Deutsche Post.

All orders only containing products from our “Shipped from Czechia” category can be shipped from The Czech Republic and this option will be shown at checkout.

All other orders will be shipped from our office in the Netherlands.


GERMANY

All German orders are fulfilled by Deutsche Post.

If you choose Einwurf Einschreiben, you will receive your tracking number to the email you used to place your order after it has been shipped.

We DO NOT ship to Postfiliale, Paketshop, Postlagernds or DHL packstations as your order will invariably be returned to us. We ship in thin mailers, not in large packages and these are not accepted at DHL packstations. We DO however ship to Postfach.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 21 working days from shipping, please get in touch with us to open an investigation with Deutsche Post. A guide for how to do this can be found HERE

STEALTH SHIPPING

This is an add on only available for certain “high risk” countries that have strict customs checks. When selected, we take extra care to hide the order contents using different techniques and to make the package as discreet and undetectable as possible. Highly recommend for orders to countries such as Japan, Australia and Scandinavian countries

Please note: for large orders we might have to split up one stealth shipment into several separate ones going out on separate occasions, you will be notified of this eventuality.

How to ensure your order is delivered safely

In order to help us deliver your order safely, please ensure that your address is written correctly. If you have any special requests regarding delivery, please write them in the customer note section when placing your order. If you make a mistake when placing your order, please email us immediately at staff@chemical-collective.com or contact us via live chat. If you have not yet paid for that order, simply place a new order with the correct address. Please be aware, emails are not seen or responded to immediately.

We highly recommend selecting the “Stealth Shipping” option if it is available to you at checkout.

We cannot be held accountable for any orders that get lost due to incorrect supplied addresses or that are seized by customs.


Ordering to Pickup / Collection Points:

We DO NOT ship to German DHL Pack Stations, Deutsche Post Filiale, Packstation and Postlagernd. This is because our orders are sent in thin A6 / A5 / A4 mailers and will not be accepted by them. We DO however ship to Postfach (only by way of Deutsche Post).

For orders outside of Germany, you can order to a DPD packet point (only with orders shipped via DPD), a Packeta Z-BOX (only with orders shipped via Packeta) and you can order to Post Restante addresses.


Countries we DO NOT ship to

Under no circumstances will we ship research chemicals to the UK, the USA, Sweden, Thailand, Denmark, Switzerland and Austria. We do, however, ship merchandise, headshop and nootropics to all countries.

Before placing your order with us, please ensure that all products you wish to purchase are legal in your country. Chemical Collective will not be held liable for the actions of our customers and reserve the right to refuse orders. Please use due diligence.


How do we package our orders?

All German orders are sent in A6/A5 bubble mailers or A5/A4 card mailers for Kratom

All tracked (DPD) orders are sent in A5/A4 card mailers

All orders are packaged discreetly. There is never any indication of the contents of the shipment on the outside of the packaging.

If you order via PostNL Untracked, please look out for anything resembling business junk mail from the Netherlands!


Shipping price and delivery time changes, and delayed reflection on this page

The prices of shipping and the free-shipping threshold we offer are influenced by many factors, so are delivery times, many of which we sadly do not have control over. Most price changes are the direct result of the decision by the shipping company to change their prices, which in turn is related to complicated market volatility. Whereas delivery time changes can be influenced by factors such as weather, postal/delivery strikes and the general holiday season to name a few (for delivery company specific information please see our “My order has not moved from a depot in several days, what is going on?” on our FAQ page for more information).

Such shipping company changes and delays can be country specific, permanent or temporary until a situation has resolved and can be so rapid that we cannot hope to keep this page perfectly up to date, with proper shipping times and prices. We endeavor to give you accurate information, but please be aware that everything noted here is a snapshot in time regarding shipping prices and delivery time estimates, we hope for your understanding in this matter.


Reshipment of not picked up tracked parcels (Pick Up points, Postal Boxes etc.)

We offer free reships on tracked orders if they have not arrived after a set period of time and an investigation into this has been completed (please see your tracked shipping method mentioned above and the FAQ page for more information). However, we do not offer a free reship on orders that have not been picked up by the customer, as it is the customers responsibility to pick their order up from their requested location. As such we will charge the shipping fee again for this type of reship.
