Mexicana is a less potent magic truffle and therefore are very suitable for beginners! With Mexicana truffles you can expect less visuals, however they do provide a warm, giggly feeling with users reporting a huge increase in creativity- sometimes you just want a nice time without being launched into outer space!
The Mexicana species has been known by the indigenous people of South America as ‘Flesh of the Gods’ for thousands of years, and was only introduced to the Western population when Albert Hofman identified the active compound, Psilocybin, in 1957. The cultivation of magic mushrooms and truffles as we know it today all started with Psilocybe Mexicana!

What Are Mexicana Magic Truffles
Mexicana Magic Truffles are naturally occurring psychedelic fungi, derived from the same organism as, you guessed it, magic mushrooms. Magic Truffles are essentially dense mycelial masses, known as sclerotia. These sclerotia grow underground beneath the mushroom, acting as a food reserve. Like magic mushrooms, magic truffles contain the active chemical Psilocybin, which is what gives it its psychedelic properties.
